Essex Association email lists
The Association is now using the membermojo mailing-list system. The Association-wide mailing list is used for items of general interest across the association and the District lists are for notices relevant to a district. Only certain Association and District officers can post to the lists. If you would like something posted then you need to ask the Association or relevant District Secretary as appropriate.
All members may change which lists they are signed-up to via https://www.membermojo.co.uk/eacr/yourmembership. You will need to sign-in using the email address that the system uses for your membership. If you are a member and cannot sign-in for any reason please do not use the Join/Renew button but contact the membership administrator at membership@eacr.org.uk (they will need your name and tower) to check that your email address is correct in the system.
Some members use a different email address for mailing-lists from the one they use for their membership; this can be added to the email2 box on your on-line membership form (you will need to sign-in as above to access and change this). If you change your email address please remember to sign-in to membermojo and update it, or contact the membership administrator if you no longer have access to the old address.
When the membermojo system was introduced in 2023, members were initially enrolled to the association and district lists based on which lists they were already a member of. New members are usually initially enrolled in the association list and their district list.
Members may unsubscribe from a list by using the link at the bottom of a mailing list message. If you wish to resubscribe you may do so by following the instructions in the paragraph above.
The previous general mailing-list ("EACR-Notices"), and the various District lists managed by the District Secretaries are now being discontinued.
If you are not a member but have previously received mailings from the old lists, perhaps because you are a ringer in a neighbouring area or a tower correspondent, or a member who has become non-resident but wishes to retain links to Association, then you may subscribe as a Guest. Visit https://www.membermojo.co.uk/eacr/ and use the Join/Renew button, add some basic contact information, select Guest as the membership type and then tick the required contact options. Guests will be contacted periodically (every two years) by the membership system to ‘renew’ otherwise they will be removed from the system.
