The Essex Association of Change Ringers   President: The Right Reverend the Lord Bishop of Chelmsford

It is with great sadness that I write to advise you of the death of David Barclay on Monday 25th November 2019. David had been a ringer at St Peter’s, Great Totham and a member of the Association for 36 years. He will be sadly missed.

Funeral arrangements will be advised when known.
