The Essex Association of Change Ringers   President: The Right Reverend the Lord Bishop of Chelmsford

It is with great sadness that I have to inform you that Ruby Hills of St Osyth, aged 90 has passed away. She was a member of the Association from 2002 she was a wonderful ringer, kind, extremely supportive and was held in very high regard by the band. Date of the funeral not known yet but as soon as there is further information I will let you know
