Many congratulations to the winners of our SE District 6-bell competition, the Writtle band, ringing Cambridge Minor. Chelmsford Cathedral were placed second with a score just half a point more than Writtle – a close competition indeed! Also competing were bands from Great Baddow and Springfield, and we extend our grateful thanks to Nigel Taylor (Downham) and Steve Nash (Langdon Hills) who acted as judges.
