Following on from our ADM in Leigh-on-Sea, I’m attaching further details of the Three Event Challenge that I outlined under AOB.
This is a great opportunity for new(ish) ringers to carve out some ‘me’ time and organise a personal practice session involving willing volunteers that are happy to support you. It could also be a first QP or anything else aligned to your progression.
It will also help establish some cross District communications and widen your network as your ringing journey progresses.
There is some reliance on Tower captains and experienced ringers to help mentor (but not organise) your first event, and a ‘thank you’ in advance to those who help encourage and support these initial events to come together.
I look forward to awarding certificates at future District Meetings to those who have managed this.
